Who Is NJCPR?

New Jersey Community Property & Redevelopment Inc. (NJCPR) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to revitalizing and advancing communities throughout the state of New Jersey. We accept property donations to fund and implement specialized housing projects across the state. Your donation will help us make a significant impact in the lives of those in need throughout New Jersey.

NJCPR is more than just your average non-profit organization. We don’t just rely on donations to operate. We take things into our own hands when it comes to fundraising and creating revenue to enhance our operation and further our mission. From being an advocate to those in jeopardy of losing their homes, to creating a trusted avenue of real estate/financial education, our goal is to be a light to those in dark times.

NJCPR helps struggling home owners to save their home from foreclosure. We don't only give them financial assistance but educational as well. Helping them to move forward and not fall backwards.

At NJCPR we help those struggling to find affordable housing with our Downpayment Assistance. This program helps provide homeownership to someone who may not qualify otherwise.

Credit Counseling

At NJCPR, we understand that having access to good credit is crucial for achieving financial stability and independence. We educate and empower those in need with a solid plan and path to good credit!

Specialized Housing

NJCPR, is committed to providing specialized housing options that are safe, comfortable, and top-notch. Our main focus is providing housing for individuals with developmental disabilities.
